The service
Ansadesk provides a customer support platform: an embeddable chat widget, a shared team inbox, and AI-assisted reply drafting. By creating an account or embedding the widget you agree to these terms.
Your account and workspace
- You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- Workspace owners control their workspace's data, including conversations collected through widgets they embed, and are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it from their visitors.
Acceptable use
Don't use Ansadesk to send spam, harass people, distribute malware, infringe others' rights, or break the law. Don't attempt to probe, overload, or disrupt the service or access data that isn't yours. We may suspend accounts that do.
AI features
AI-generated drafts and summaries are suggestions produced by a language model. They can be wrong. You (or your agents) are responsible for reviewing content before sending it to your customers.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe per the prices shown on our pricing page. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your data
Your conversations and knowledge base remain yours. You can export your workspace data as JSON at any time. On account deletion we remove your data within 30 days, except where we must keep it for legal reasons. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material we will notify account owners by email before it takes effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
